If you are in crisis, please call either 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline or 911 for assistance.
Our board-certified mental health specialists provide psychiatric evaluations for patients between the ages 18 and 64. After the initial evaluation, our primary service is medication management, and we encourage psychotherapy on a routine basis with local mental health counselors.
We do not complete disability paperwork at the initial appointment.
Due to the unique needs of each population, a potential new patient whose age is younger than 18 or older than 65 should seek availability with either pediatric psychiatrists or geriatric psychiatrists respectively.
Existing patients who turn 65 are welcome to continue with our practice.
Providers are Dr. Mark Esche, Dr. David Urrate, and Nurse Practitioner Camille Watson.
To check availability of new patient appointments, please submit the information requested on the "New Patients" page to help our office determine eligibility. Please be sure to include a copy of an ID, such as a driver's license, for verification purposes.
The office will not schedule an appointment until all requested information is received. Please be sure to submit both completed new patient paperwork and current insurance information.
